Engineering consultant

We are looking for experienced Rope Access Technicians to join our growing team.

You will work across a variety of industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects, carrying out specialist access, inspection, maintenance and remedial works in locations where conventional access methods may not be practical.

Projects may involve work on buildings, bridges, rail infrastructure, industrial structures and other challenging environments.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out rope access work safely and efficiently
• Follow IRATA procedures and site-specific safety requirements
• Complete inspection, maintenance and remedial works
• Assist with rigging and preparation of rope access systems
• Maintain and inspect personal equipment
• Complete site documentation and job records
• Work closely with supervisors and other trades
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism

What we’re looking for

• Valid IRATA Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
• Previous rope access experience
• Good understanding of working-at-height procedures
• Strong awareness of health and safety
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to travel and work at different sites
• Full UK driving licence preferred

Additional trade qualifications such as painting, blasting, inspection, roofing, mechanical or electrical experience would be advantageous.
